Unhandeld exception.. press ABORT

This popped up while try to save a short 4 sec. effect to LOR  lcb.  This time I did "save model".   I had to restart xlights and it did it again. 

I had three models checked and I was trying to save one... since it won't same multiples without saving the entire model list.

can u send me you xlights_rgbeffects.xml and your sequence xml? I will see if i can duplicate the crash. also send instructions of what model you were exporting. send all to sean@meighan.net

updated to 3.6.3 and tried again.

i was able to duplicate the crash.

one thing i may have mentioned. an empty cell says to copy the sequence from the row above it.
The first row of the nutcracker grid should not have empty cells. Put in ColorWash Black or "None,None".
i will have to see what we do when we try to pull from the row above row 1.

Hi Sean,

should not have been an empty cell.  On my screen I had one line with the effect and the next line with none and no empties.  Not sure the file I sent you was that particular file, but the crash still happened.  I just did it again now to test and make sure I didn't have an empty grid slot..

I can't seem to make this one work for love nor money...

And I can't seem to crash it. I created a sequence and it exported. There has to be something different. I'll keep looking

I know this is a stupid question, but did you by chance try to Model Export?

I tried again.  here is the screen shot of what I saved.. It runs in xlights for sure.. but the crash comes when I do the Model Export.  I took that same file and did just and Export and it did not crash.

Any word as to whether this issue has been fixed or at least the cause and a work around?  I know others are having the same problem..
