Render Style: Model as Pixel
« on: January 05, 2018, 09:35:27 PM »
I am programming some Really Big Lights, each of which have three nodes.  I want them to ALWAYS be rendered as a single pixel.   When I have an explicit effect using a RBL, I can set the render style "as pixel" no problem.  But when I have them in a group (say for full house strobe effect, which I want them to participate in) - I don't see a way to set that specific model as part of the group to be "as pixel" while everything is "Default".  I certainly wouldn't want to set "Default Model as a Pixel" in this case.

Is there a way to always set a model to ALWAYS be defaulted to a single pixel that I am just not finding?

Thanks!

I don't know of anything else you could do.  My opinion would be don't worry about it.  I doubt it will be anything a viewer will even notice or complain about.

That function exists. Put them in a group and then use the as a pixel render style.
