Add Effect Select Panel. Version 2018.6

Ok, can someone shed some light as to what this enhancement may be please?

I see the regular effects selection window and the icons, don't understand this enhancement.

This allows you to select effects in your sequence using a set of filtering criteria. Allows you to say select all butterfly effects. Or all butterfly effects on a specific model. Useful when combined with bulk edit of effect properties.
