xEssentials – Power Injection Pre-conversation
« on: March 21, 2018, 08:45:43 PM »
Great class tonight! thanks, my internet kept going down so I missed most of it, thanks for recording it.

Prior to the instruction a couple guys were talking about attending a lighting conference in China. I’m interested in attending one but don’t know where to start. Would you guys be willing to share planning recommendations on how to get the best bang for the time. Including which is the best conference to attend, hotels, transportation, registration, vendors/booths to visit, classes to attend, etc.  - Thanks -

I'd go to the Christmas Expo in Texas and attend the xLights pre-conference classes.  Lighting conference in China sounds like a waste of time and money.

Thx, the Christmas expo looks like an incredible event, I’m going to try and attend it. I’m also interested in learning how to set up accent lighting in my house and yard controlled via smart phone or amazon echo.

At Expo, if you have specific questions, be aggressive finding someone to help. It gets busy and the classes can be pretty full. I missed last year but should be good this year (same state).
