Export House Preview

I am trying to take a video of a song and am using the “Export House Preview” option in XL.  Was on version 2018.6 and had no problem. Upgraded to 2018.11 yesterday and now the export file is smaller and does not fill up screen when played back (actually the video is in the lower left of the media player).  I have my House Preview window on a second monitor (enlarged full screen); I have moved it to my main monitor where XL is running and no change – just a small video of my display. 
Any ideas what I may doing wrong?

The video exported is influenced by the size of the preview window when you create it.

Well I have created video when the house preview was full screen on my second monitor, when it was full screen on main monitor. I have scaled it multiple different ways and created video with the smaller result.  I tried version 09 and 10 - same result.  Went back to 06 and now I can create full screen video.  I will keep playing with it.
