Secondly, if you would, could you post a raster based version of it? In that way we can maintain the quality no matter what size of document we put it on.

Those do not scale up very well without a loss of quality and pixelation . You can scale those images down more easily though. The best is to use a vector based file format. Those can be scaled up or down without any loss of quality.
