Pixel overlay model question

My megatree is physically 12x100. Logically it's 24x50 with folded strands.   The E682 is doing the fold in it's config.

With 1200 pixels I've got 1/3600 for the channels and I can't figure out the correct values for string/strand.

Please enlighten me!
