"Newer version avaiable" or "save or discard sequence before exit"

I have one song that when opening says that a newer version is available, or when I exit the song it asks to save or discard changes. What is baffling me is this is the only song that asks either question even though nothing has changed. After I work on the lyric track, for example, and save it, the next time its opened it tells me there's a newer version available. This sequence is stored and saved in the same show folder with all of my other songs yet this is the only song that will ask these questions when nothing has changed. None of the other songs do this.

I noticed the other day when you discard changes it doesn’t erase the update time. Just open and save the sequence and it should work fine.
