flood light modeling
« on: May 27, 2018, 09:37:18 AM »
Hello
I want to light a wall, so I need to have a flood light in the form of a cone, this light is in lsp, but lsp does not fix my needs at all.

You currently can only model flood lights are circular using the DmxModel Flood light option.  I'll keep this  mind when I make improvements to the model.

Gil, I'm sure that would be appreciated by several users as I've seen peoples videos with up-lighting or down-lighting. If you are going to make improvements you may also want to consider a fan (triangle) shape as well as the cone shape.
I know just enough to be dangerous :0

Or just provide a degree attribute or handles that would allow you to vary the size of the cone at top and bottom.  I have both 15 and 30 degree horizontal beam angle fixed position floods and dream of seeing something like that in my Xlights preview.
