Glediator on Mac

Can Glediator run on a Mac. It would seem since it's a Jav application that it should if I download a JRE. but before I do something and screw up my Mac I thought I'd better ask if anyone has successfully done this.
Also, is it something that I, as a new xLights user (but not at all new to sequencing) should even contemplate using?

Not sure if Glediator run on a Mac.  I've only dabbled at looking at that program.  It's been supported in xLights since well before I started using it so it's remained an option but I don't know of very many people using it.  It was just a way to give you another option to pull in effects that xLights might not have.  But with the current state of xLights there is not much you wouldn't be able to do without it.

Glediator does run on the Mac as I've played with it a bit.  Can't figure it out myself, but it does run.
