Help with Layout

Hi Everyone, I thank you in advance for your help. Yes, I am a new guy.

Question: (Zip file attached)

In the Layout area the Center Vertical Strut settings: I cannot remove the check mark  for "indiv Start Chans". What am I doing wrong? Also the next line should read "Start Channel" instead of "String1". Can anyone explain what is happening here. All other struts seem OK.

Yeah its just the order you clicked things. I will fix it in .28
