P10 wifi controller from AliExpress?

I have read all the search produces about P10 control and can't quite find what I'm looking for. I do NOT want to run FPP on BB or anything with Pi etc. Mainly because I'm not doing much with them. Just simply wanted to assemble an 18" x 24" matrix to use as Tune To sign and perhaps other messages.
Looking through AliExpress and Ray's store I saw all kinds of panels but also saw a WiFi standalone controller.
Was hoping someone was familiar with this and could comment on it.

Again, not looking for text scrolling or animation, just static text.

This would probably also be good to ask on the falcon forum. There are a lot of p10 posts over there.

Outside of fpp the only controllers I have seen people using for p10/ms is colorlight and lnsin boards. Neither are really simpler.
