can't get ac effects to take
« on: September 14, 2018, 04:31:49 PM »
Hey All,

I've been trying to use the AC effects function to program the parts of my display that are AC but I just cannot get these to work.  Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong?  I click AC to activate the function, make sure intensity is set to 100%, now if I double click on my timing, a blue bar comes up 2 cells wide.  IF I try to drag or extend or anything, I get the usual yellow dashed box.  If I try to select multiple models or strings, same yellow dashed box.  But when using either the blue box or the yellow box, nothing gets put on my sequence.  I've tried the key (O, del, etc) , the drag and drop, the click it an hope and nothing seems to take.  Ive watched the videos and read what else I could find but I just cannot get any ac effect to work.  Any ideas?

You need to select a timing track that has timing marks. Ac mode depends on it.

Aha!  Thank you.  I knew it was something I was messing up but just couldn't figure it out.  I had thought since I made the initial timing of 50ms when I created the sequence that made the timing marks.  Went back in to sequence settings and created a new 50ms timing mark and now it's working great.  Thank you again for your help!!!!
