Crash upon inserting VIDEO element

We upgraded this year to the latest version, and now when I'm programming a sequence if I try to insert a VIDEO element is crashes.  Sometimes I get two or three steps past the insertion, but it always crashes at this point.  Never had this problem in prior version.  Can't complete any sequences for our show.

Went back to using the old 2016 version and this stopped happening.  ??

Can you package the sequence and send us the video and let us know what you are dropping it on.

Unfortunately I'm not sure if I can.  I needed to finish this sequence due to time constraints so I opened it in the 2016 version and completed it without any issues.

Then you will likely be stuck on that version because we can’t fix a bug we can’t reproduce.
