I know that 2018.35 is out, but the xlights.org page for downloads has two problems.

First, it only shows a links for 2018.34 (you have to manually copy/paste/edit the link to get 2018.35

but, the link for 2018.34 (32bit) is missing a "period" in the link, so the download doesn't work (404 Error)

The releases are available immediately using the auto-update feature inside xLights.  The webpage gets updated at a later time by other folks so its always going to lag behind.
