I have an e 682 and have three rgb pixel strips set up in Universe 1.

My first pixel strip (channels 1 to 150) work fine but I need to select universe 3,4,5 etc for the other two pixel strips to turn on.

Any thoughts on what could be wrong. Thanks

The other day I was working on my lights and my crystal ball fell off the shelf and broke. with out it I can't see your setup to tell what's going on.  So if you could tells us what your settings are of a screen shot of them maybe we can help...…. LOL But.....
