Xlights and F4V3 Pixel Controller

Hello,
I'm new in Xlights and Pixel LED. I've just received my F4V3 Pixel Controller however I'd like to be sure to define a  good configuration in Xlights network setup.
In controller description, it is said that this controller can use 1024 pixels per output so 4096 pixels with 4 output.

How do I have deine E1.31 connection ?
Starting Universe # 1
# of universe : 8
Last channel : 510 (3 channels for 170 pixels)
and what define "One Output" option ?

One output just groups all the universes into one line on the setup tab. It doesn’t change how the data is sent to the controller.
