Boscoyo Snow Flakes

I have 8 of these snowflakes that I want to mount on my shingle roof. Any ideas on how to mount so they stay flat?

I have those same ones and for last 3 seasons I've just laid them on roof. Even with 40+ mph winds they didn't really move. YMMV

I have not put snowflakes on my roof for several years (used AC snowflakes then) but the only thing I ever did was to zip tie the cords to my roof ridge vents to keep them from sliding down.  Never had a problem with lateral movement.  The other problem I had was water pooling in the internal parts of the snowflakes and then getting in the lights.  With the Boscoyo flakes the wires on the back should allow water to run underneath the snowflake so that should not be an issue.  SWMBO has stopped all my roof climbing or I'd still be doing it.  sigh

I mounted my snowflakes on a 12 x 12 in board and then added some 'skids' (if you can imagine the sled skids) on the bottom. Tied paracord to top and bottom and pulled them up from other side of house; secured to gutters. Secured front side to gutters.  No issues with movement and water passes freely underneath the board.

I have some holiday coro snowflakes and I put 1/2" conduit on the back and used holiday coro clips to attach them to my house, which worked really well.
