Alphapix 16 Freezes Falcon does not

I have 3 controllers a Falcon F16v3, an alphapix 16 and a Lynx Express i have no issues with the Falcon and the Lynx  but my alpha freezes 1 to 2 times a song and is otherwise fine how do I stop this.

My network
Computer wired to HUB Falcon wired to switch off hub then the falcon has 2 lines out one DMX to the Lynx and the other to the Alphapix. 

I am using the v 2018.46 xschedule out of my Mac

Ideas? I am limited on my know how when it comes to the network side of the hobby.

I'm not following the setup.  It sounds like you're saying you have a Falcon DMX output going into the AlphaPix.  The Alphapix should get a network input just like the Falcon.

Let me guess ... the alphapix is the multicast? Can you make them unicast?

No the alphapix is the first controller I bought and is outputs 1-16 on 192.168.1.50 and no I am not using a dmx out for the alpha only the lynx is on multicast the falcon unused outputs 33-to 48 are also on multi but are not used currently.

I think you may need to jump into zoom so someone can check out your network setup. I can think of a few reasons it might happen but nothing i can be sure of.
