E1.31 ESPixel Stick - Massive delay in Pixel vs AC channels in Xlights "SOLVED"

I am seeing 500ms to 1 sec delay in my pixel display playout using E1.31 to Ubiquity Nano M2 out to 24 ESP8266 Pixel Sticks, 5000 Pixels & 50 universes.  Currently running 2018 v40 (Because it is stable for me)

Is there anything I need to change in the xLights setup to alleviate this. Last years display went fine once I changed to Multicast, with an earlier version of the ESP software.

Problem "Solved" by increasing the Multicast Data Rate in the Ubiquity Nano Loco M2 from "0" the default, to 24,000 as suggested by Jon Chuchla after his exhaustive investigation into the problem.
