Need help with sequencing

Hello!

I know its like December something already... But this is my 3rd year doing lights however this year I had to start over as I moved and work has been keeping me busy (self employeed).

I love doing this and setting up the display but i lack drastically in the ability to sequence a display. Does anyone have suggestions or have experience using some type of auto sequencing and timings? I just don't have the ear for it nor the creativity. Not to mention time this year...

Thoughts or advice would be great.

I am one who has failed big time whenever I have tried to sequence.  I learned how to map someone elses sequence from their layout to my own layout.  Now I use sequences that are free on the google share or by buying sequences from those folks that sell them.

First Jim your sequences look good.
   What I do is take/re map someone else's sequences to give me a base to start with and build off of there. to map someone else's sequences is easy.

quick step by step

new Sequence
music   add their mp3 from the zip file
done
when in the sequencer go to Import
Import effects
match up models the best you can ( you can always go back)
save mapping
Ok
render
Play and see what you have

I like this not for taking someone's sequence but more to give me a starting point of sequencing a song. My layout is so different not much works. If I can get my mega tree going I can easily build off of that  not many have a porcupine ball, ferris wheel, or icicles hanging in a tree
