Timing Marks
« on: December 07, 2018, 03:09:06 PM »
I read in the manual that you can play your song and add timing marks to an empty timing track by pressing letter t but it doesn't work for me.  I've done it in the past, in older versions of Xlights.  I'm using version .50
Grateful for the support,
Michael

I created a new user account on my Mac and installed version .40 and the timings marks could be added.

I'm having the same issue since upgrading to the latest version.

Shut xlights. Delete keybindings. Start xlights.

I had tried that. What I had to do, was set xLights as default program to open the .XML file for keybindings. WINDOWS 10.

That is not a good idea at all. All sorts of bad things could happen.

I was using "Open with..." to get it to open. Come to find out, I had accidentally set the .xbkp file extension to default open with Adobe. Had to clear the file extension default for it to work. Not sure how it happened, but that was the problem.
