Coro Faces

I have successfully Mapped out the phenoms in AUDACITY, created my .pgo file
I created a model with 8 channels, a starting channel number of 200 -207
mapped out those channels on the grid with #'s 1-8

In the papagayo tab, I choose my input file.
I choose corfaces
select my model name
then assign the channels #'s to the phenoms.

I can see in the nutcracker tab the effects running on my model under the bars effect.
However when running the sequence I did not see any animation,

I re-tried the steps again and get this error....

Getting an error now on the papagayo tab " Unable to load Papagayo settings file
I clik okay then get
XML parsing error: 'not well-formed (invalid token)' at line 4

This only effects the show Directory file location now...

Using my back up it works fine.

What Am I missing in the steps to make a coro face work?

You beat me by about 10 minutes with this post. I had this working a few days ago... and ran into same problem. actually I had another problem ...my tree outline used to work, but it also stopped working

I keep going through the Oct 9th Tutorial. Rel 3.4.17, New Papagayo tutorial, and still cant get the faces to work...
Some how in the Corofaces effect tab I can't get my model to turn on... But works in Bars or color wash.

Fixed the error problem but only by going back to a backup show folder.
Sequence plays with the mark up's but no lights....

2 days till thanksgiving to finish the show!
