sequence will not start after loading new version

I downloaded xlights version 2019-6 and now my sequence will not start. I went back to my old version and it still will not start.
I ran my show with no problem.
What did I Do?
How do I get it to run when I hit the play button. I did a search but nothing came up with my problem.

Is this after a render all? What about a tools->check sequence?

No I just put the sequence on and hit play. Check sequence has no errors and 4 warnings on my pictures that I use in the sequence.

If your opening in xLights then you probably need to hit Render All.  xLights is a sequencer not a pure show player like xScheduler so there are things that will trigger the data to be deleted to force you to re-render it.  Running in a new version is likely to trigger that.

Thanks for the reply. I just render all and tried to run the sequence in xlights and it still will not run. I tried two different sequences with the same result.
