How to get Xlights to create a count down sequence and then have FPP play it?

Create a sequence that counts from 10 to 1 and then put in on the FPP.   If you want a sequence that actually knows what time it is that's not possible.  I believe there might be FPP plugins that could do a countdown overlay.
