Has anyone had problem with ordering from DIY LED Express?  I ordered a P10 kit in their presale on January 6th.  I created an account with them before making an order.  Never received an order # but they charged my credit card.  I have been trying for over a month to get some kind of acknowledgement from them they have have order.   But, cannot get that.  I am a little worried about it as it was over $500.  I have ordered since and received my order quickly.  Am I worrying too much???

Have you tried contacting them through Facebook?

I believe we did respond to you via email, that Todd was tracking the order down through the card payment. For some reason the order did not flow through our site. But once we locate everything we will generate the order to reflect on your account on the website.

Thank you very much for answering this.   Yes I did get the e-mail that it was sent to Todd on March 7th.  On March 13th sent a reply of what the order was.  Never heard anything from Todd.  I hated to keep bothering, only wanted something confirming I would be getting the order.  Everything shows you have a great site and customer service. And again I do not want to be a bother, you have to be very busy getting orders ready.

I have wondered if the issue came from me creating an account and then ordering too soon which caused it not to process through my new account.  I am new to Pixels and see many years ahead of spending a lot more money than before going pixels.  But, it will be well worth it for the shows it will produce.
Thank you for the answer.  I feel better about the order.  The P10 will be a big part of the new display.
Know I will be buying more from you in the future.
