Diretory issue
« on: May 21, 2019, 07:09:56 AM »
in setup the select show directory has a few issues; I think:
the subfolders menu appears to be not working.  How is it suppose to work? I select a FSEQ subfolder but the files are never saved to that fold.  It's saved to the sequence folder in the show directory.

The screen shots show the FSEQ Directory box unchecked followed by what happens when the box is checked.

Everything worked better when we just saved it all in one folder.

I'm not addressing your problem I didn't even know that dialog existed and I don't know how or if it works.  It's just been annoying over the years seeing every users whim of where they want files stored get implemented into this complicated mess we have now with like 10 different ways to backup files.

I agree Gil,
I was just trying to be a little more organized with my files.  Normally I have a few folders for the new year. A show folder with Media, sequences, and backup as subfolders... It's been working fine all these years!

Once again thanks to the team!

I tried your folder layout on my windows machine and it worked for me. Maybe attach your log and see if there is more debug information.
