screen setting
« on: July 13, 2019, 07:22:58 PM »
Hi all
Not sure if this is the correct location to post this, but I am not sure where else.
My screen under the falcon controller "string ports" is pushed over to the right as you can see in this pic.
Has anyone come across this before and know how to correct it?

Thanks
shawn

This looks like an html issue with your web browser.  Which browser are you using? Have you tried other browsers or machines?
You can try ditching your web cache (Usually on most browsers, go to the privacy settings area and find the settings near "delete history". You'll normally find the the files/cache purge there.)  Let us know if that helps.

switched to google chrome and it seems to be fine now.  However.  When trying to access the falcon on my browser it seems to be very slow.  I have the falcon and fpp saved in my favorites, and the fpp comes up quick, but when I try to go into the falcon, it takes some time.  Sometimes it doesn't even come up?
I have tried different cat 5 cables, and different ports on my switch.  It seems to work better if I shut everything down, and then reboot?  The cat 5 cable from switch to controller is about 6'-7' long.

Which software version are you running on your controllers?  When I brought mine out to test this year, I found that version 2.00 was very slow to load.  I upgraded to 2.55 and they are much faster to load now.
