2019.54: MP4 as media file crash
« on: September 28, 2019, 01:05:26 PM »
Attached is the packaged log files.  It seems to happen whenever I try setting the media file as an MP4. MP3 is fine. I was able to reproduce the issue with 3 different video files.  I didn't try more.

I created a sequence with that media file and it did not crash ... can you package a sequence that crashes?

Ok I will do once I test the latest release.  Some folks say the latest release may have resolved this. Stand by.

It seems whatever your team did in .55 fixed this issue.  I can no longer reproduce the issue.  Thanks again for looking into this.
