FSEQs channel count different in Xscheduler

I was seeing a small change from my network total channels and the report from "check sequence" in Xscheduler.  Watched many of your videos and scanned through the blogs, but did not uncover the disconnect.  Short story.... I deleted all my models one by one and still saw a 4 count difference on the only reaming model.  I reloaded a fresh version of xlights and setup only one E1.31 device with only 30 channels.  Created a new sequence with 10 pixel model.  When I ran "check sequence" in Xscheduler without a playlist it pulled the correct channels: 30.  Once I rendered, saved, and added my test sequence to a new playlist I received the following warning: FSEQs without 30 channels
    WARN: Playlist '<unnamed>' has step '333' with FSEQ item 333 with 36 channels when only 32 channels are configured to be sent out.

Not sure where the extra channels are coming from, but even in my main show sequences I was experiencing a 4 count difference.  Everything is pointing to the same directory and I attached some logs / screen shots.  Since I am using Unicast I assume this will not have an impact?       Thanks for all you do for us!

Can you package up a sequence.

Most commonly this happens because either

You have changed something and need to rerender and save

Or

You have models not mapped to any output on the networks tab.
