i started my show tonight... when it ended at 10pm, whatever model that was on at the end time froze and stayed on. why did this happen? is there something i need to select to turn off all lights at show end?

It should turn them off. Some folks add an ending song to force them off. It could be your controller missed the last packet.

an ending song, or ending animation? or does it matter? i guess an ending animation bringing everything on for a few seconds then fading out before the time ends on the animation would work?
