I added a 6x45 vertical matrix to my display this weekend (for maybe an EQ type effect - from piano effect) and also can double up for a Tune to sign. I have the channels sitting beside a couple of other flex strips that I use to line the lawn. Well tonight after I pushed up two new sequences to the FPP after adding some effects to the new matrix I found that 1/2 my one flex strip was dark.
I spent 30 minutes looking at my channels and another 30 minutes deleting and recreating the effect. I almost went back outside and cut the strip thinking it was from my bad Ray batch...but then I looked at my preview and looks like part of the line from the border was hanging off the preview screen. I've since uploaded a new sequence after fixing that and HOPE that was indeed the issue.
Question - will things like that when using whole house models impact the lights that turn on? My thinking it yes, but with the show going on now, i'm hesitant to do any real tweaking.
