visualiser question

I have an intermittant issue. when I on the controller page and try to bring up the visualiser it does not always come up. Is that problem in the software or in my computer? Some times I move away from the page and its ok, at times, at first, I shut off xlights and restarted it. I have not seen any questions about this, hope up can help.  Charlie J.

Not enough information here to know what is going on.

This is an issue that does not happen often. I was working in the layout page moving some models around, and adding and changing some. I was looking back to the controller page to find the best port to put them into and it would occur. I thought at first the software was updating. so I waited a few seconds before trying sometime it was OK other times the visualiser would not come up. This is  not a big issue just putting on record if some one elsealso reports it  Thanks  Charlie J.

I know, I cannot get it to happen every time my self. Maybe its what I'm doing. Thanks Charlie J.
