Select multiple effects not working

Hello

I will start by saying that I am completely new to xLights.

I seem to get random outcomes when trying to sequence and selecting multiple effects.

For example, sometimes I can drag my cursor over multiple effects and it will select those effects and let me move the effects. Other times, I can highlight the effects and only copy the effects highlighted, I cannot move the highlighted effects. As of right now, I cannot do either--highlighting and selecting is not working.

Is there a select tool that I can choose in the menu/toolbar?

I'm using version 2020.46 64bit

I believe you just need to uncheck all timings to select multiples
