Last pixel in universes not lighting
« on: November 05, 2020, 07:22:17 PM »
This is my first year doing Christmas lighting with Xlights and have just (almost) finished installing my lights. I am using wifi controllers - ESP8266 with WLED firmware. I Have a 16x50x180 tree, several window outlines and roof lines.

As in the title of this topic, the last pixel of every universe does not light. The tree is six universes (510 channels) so six dark lights. The windows are individual universes (132 or 174 channels) with the last light in the feature dark and so on.

I have been experimenting with and setting up lights throughout the summer and never noticed this. When I got most everything set up outside (over the past couple of weeks) and hit play I noticed the anomaly.

Is this something that may have shown up in a newer release of Xlights? I update whenever a new version comes out.

Any help is appreciated. It's not a huge deal but it bugs me.

Chris

BTW - The dark pixels do not appear in preview

Pretty sure that was a bug in the latest WLED software. Rollback one release to fix that up.

Nailed it.

I have confirmed this is a bug in WLED v0.10.2. Next update is supposed to fix this or, as you say install a previous version.

Thanks for the help.
