Newbie - WLED / Mini Tree issue

Hi All

So this is my first venture into proper xmas lighting, but i have dabbled with Xlights once in the past just never setup a show. I have a small coro prop tree 180degree (5 segments, 17 pixels in each) and a 20 pixel 5 pointed star on top.

Since im using WLED to run the tree, it made sense to me to just continue the string from the end of the tree and do the star. however i cant work out how to set up the star in xlights and get anything working.

The WLED board is using E1.31 with Universe 1 set. The Tree is set to controller "WLED" and start channel 1. I thought setting the star prop to the same but channel 87 (the first pixel on the star) but nothing lights up.

Any advice?

I would chain the star to the tree and don?t forget to tell wled the total number of pixels to output. Other than that we would need to see you config or suggest you jump into xlights zoom and get them to look over your config.
