RGB lights few stay on

Newbie here trying to learn and understand.  I have 4 bulbs throughout my entire display that come on and stay lit even though I have no show playing.  Can anyone tell me why?

There are several possibilities. It could be faulty pixels. It could be a config error not driving them so they hold a random power up state.
