Graphic Driver Error message

I figured it out! Old lady brain fart, I was trying to make it harder than just adding the element to the sequence

I'm trying to add a new element to my sequences and when I try to paste the copied row to the new timing, I get a error message, "Graphic Driver Problem:Cannot paste model effets into timing track".

I checked my driver properties and it said it's up to date. My show PC uses an AMD Radeon HD 7480. Any ideas?

Not sure why the prefix "Graphic Driver Problem" is there but ignore that part.  The issue is like it says you cannot pasted model data into the timing tracks.
