cannot get model or house view to show (solved)

having issues with getting model views and house views to show, most likely something i am overlooking, they worked great last year cannot seem to get them to work this year

That's a vague description.  Are the Windows not showing or they are showing but empty?

I have been able to get the model window to open I still cannot get the house preview window to open at all.
Tried everything that I could think of checking, unchecking the Auto show house preview button, and trying to open in with the menus.
any other ideas would be helpful

Usually doing a Reset to Defaults followed  by a Dock All operation will fix it.  I believe under the View menu.

I was able to do a dock all and got the house preview back but now I cannot get he Model preview to view   is there something that is preventing both previews to be shown.

I can't tell if you did both operations I suggested and in that order.  There is no reason both windows should not display.

thank you for the help. the issue was how it is displayed across multiple monitors I had moved my monitors and reset the location on the display the previews were showing but in the area that my monitor was displaying.

changed the display settings found the previews and moved them to the correct location that solved the issue

Sounds like Reset to Defaults and then Dock All would have fixed it then.
