Newbie stonecreek here

running xschedule from my desktop which is working fine but can't seem to be able to close annoying player window relocates to top left of screen on every loop of sequence   is there a way in settings to turn off player while scheduler in running

That would either be a virtual matrix which you can remove or a video display screen which again you must have defined in your schedule.

Virtual matrices are defined in the edit menu from memory.

As for video that would be if you selected the fseq + video playlist item instead of just fseq
