As pixel rendering style no longer rendering for Twinkle effect.

If I place a twinkle effect on a model and select "As Pixel" it will no longer display in the preview, the output is black, nothing.  Before I was able to place a twinkle effect on a model with the "As Pixel" option and the whole model would twinkle as one pixel.  Now there is no output.  This is on v2021.04 64 bit.

The twinkle effect was recently changed.  Be sure to look at all the options for the effect.  There is a new and old formula.

I looked into it and yes setting to the Old Render Method works.  I fixed it so it will work with the New Render Method for next release.  It wasn't working with single pixel buffers.
