I am very confused about the importing/converting process? Do I have to go back and get all of my LOR channels in a nice neat order controller 1 channel 1, controller 1 channel 2, controller 1 channel 3? Because through the years we have moved elements around and stopped using elements and used those channels for new elements so my sequences while all the exact same are not layed out in order. Do I absolutely have to do that? Or can I lay xlight channels that are in the exact same messed up order and do it that way? A good example is driveway arches they each have three strands of lights each strand a different color. They started as one color and as we quit using channels for other elements they were repurposed to add additional colors on those arches. So the arches are now controlled from channels from four or five different controllers.

I just need a few words of guidance that I am apparently missing from the instructions or videos.

I have 18 LOR controllers running on LOR S4. I also have a 12 strand pixel tree and two matrixs but I think those can be imported later as models or something.

As for now I just want to convert/import my 100 plus LOR sequences to xlights.

Why not pop into xlights zoom. They will get you headed in the right direction with importing.
