Shader download

I am new to using the shader effect.
I've looked up a number of videos about it and all seem to show the shader effect, pick one from the list and hit download and it automatically is there.
I hit download and nothing....do I have to point to it somewhere?  it doesn't seem to have actually downloaded anywhere when I search my drives....
Checked and I have updated to the latest, also tried to look up past posts and haven't found any that pertain to this....not sure where to go from here.

Maybe post your logs just after an attempt to download one.

Which one are you downloading. They do get deleted from time to time.

In the log I get this
"Shader file download failed and returned a non fs file."
And that is for the majority of them
When I go to the website I download a zip file which contains a .fs and .vs files
I am guessing the long way around is how we have to go
