Is Glediator a good effects add-on?

I read in the manual about Glediator as an effects add-on, is it any good,d where do you get it?

Google usually finds it. It?s on a German website from memory.

It?s very old school. These days with things like shaders not many folks still play with it.

I tried to find it, but ended up with a lot of garbage. So I won't worry about it! Thanks for the info.
