saving fseq files

Hi All
I try to save a sequence as an fseq file but thonly options i have are xsq and xml but my F16V4 will not upload them unless they are fseq, what am i doing wrong

xml & xsq are the "source" files .. when you render (paint pallette icon) & save .. it will save it to an .xsq AND create the .fseq file.
