Losing Channels - pixels are shifted

Hello all,

Thank you all for taking a look....here is the issue:
My mega tree is  a 16 string 100 pixel per string 180 degree tree.
each string is on it own channel
I am running a Falcon f16v3 controller, xlights
the channels for the entire tree are 1-4800
the issue is the last six pixels are lost and will not light up when I test in FPP.  this is throwing the rest of the show off. Then i test the 96 pixel mega tree top those 6 pixels are shifted down to last 6 pixels on the tree and  the end of the top is 6 pixels short.

please advise

Do you have universe size mismatched somewhere?
