Modeling Single Channel nodes (WS2811) in XLights
« on: December 19, 2021, 10:45:49 AM »
I have 18 WS2811 Single Channel Nodes that I want to model in XLights.  They are being used as individually controllable strobes in a Mega Tree and are followed by a standard 88 node 3 layer star.  What is the best way for me to model these?  I am running these pixels from an FPP remote Pi Cap on a single output.

I did an XLights/FPP Zoom call today.  The issue is that FPP is NOT set up to handle single-channel nodes.  I was given directions for making a 3 channel node for 3 of my strobes.  Everything is now working perfectly.
