I started working on a new sequence and apparently I did something that I shouldn've. The On Effect acts much like the marquee effect, except much slower. The sequence acts as though it is running at a 10th of the speed it should be.
It has to be with this sequence since I can open another or create a new sequence and the effects behave appropriately.
Any Ideas?
