FPP V7.5

I just loaded FPP v7.5, but when I try to load my sequence to the PI It will not load and I get a response code 404 and 503. I am using Xlight 2022.22. What could be my issue.

Upgrade your xLights.   FPP 7.x came out in 2023 so your 2022 version of xLights would have no idea how to upload stuff to it.
