LOR AC controller not working when Playing a video

In my layout i have a matrix to play a video via the HDMI port of the Raspberry PI. But during the sequence only the network controllers works and not the AC controllers. in all the other sequence i have no issue with any controllers just the one that plays a video clip. any ideas,

How are you running the video?
How is the LOR connected?

In my layout I have a matrix model and in my sequence I place the video on to the matrix model and direct it to we?re the video is located on my computer. In the visualiser I put the matrix model on the virtual matrix 1 of the FPP. It works great. My LOR controller is using the USB port of the Raspberry PI.  My AC controller works with all of my sequences except the one I a am playing a video-
